Podmienky \u00fa\u010dasti V\u00fdchodniarska<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.) Podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska sa m\u00f4\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 iba osoba s minim\u00e1lnym vekom 18 rokov (t.j. osoba, ktor\u00e1 najnesk\u00f4r de\u0148 pred \u0161tartom dov\u0155\u0161ila vek 18 rokov).

2.) Podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska sa m\u00f4\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 iba osoba predom prihl\u00e1sen\u00e1 prostredn\u00edctvom prihlasovacieho formul\u00e1ra, ktor\u00e1 uhradila \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edcky pr\u00edspevok na z\u00e1klade pokynov od organiz\u00e1tora podujatia doru\u010den\u00fdch do kontaktnej mailovej schr\u00e1nky (e-mail uveden\u00fd v prihlasovacom formul\u00e1ri) a bola zaraden\u00e1 do zoznamu registrovan\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov s dokon\u010denou registr\u00e1ciou (odkaz na zoznam je na webovej str\u00e1nke V\u00fdchodniarskej). Registr\u00e1cia priamo na mieste prezent\u00e1cie \/ \u0161tartu podujatia nie je mo\u017en\u00e1.

3.) Poplatok za \u0161tart jedn\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka je 70 EUR.  O sp\u00f4sobe \u00fahrady \u0161tartovn\u00e9ho bud\u00fa prihl\u00e1sen\u00e9 osoby informovan\u00e9 prostredn\u00edctvom e-mailu, ktor\u00fd obdr\u017eia po prihl\u00e1sen\u00ed na adresu uveden\u00fa v prihlasovacom formul\u00e1ri. \u00dahrada \u0161tartovn\u00e9ho poplatku mus\u00ed by\u0165 vykonan\u00e1 prevodom na \u00fa\u010det podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska stovka v mene EUR a v stanovenom \u010dasovom limite. Platby v hotovosti a v inej mene nie s\u00fa akceptovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.) \u010casov\u00fd limit pre \u00fahradu \u0161tartovn\u00e9ho je 7 kalend\u00e1rnych dn\u00ed od d\u00e1tumu odoslania e-mailu s inform\u00e1ciami o platbe \u0161tartovn\u00e9ho poplatku (nie od d\u00e1tumu otvorenia e-mailu). V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee \u0161tartovn\u00fd poplatok nebude na \u00fa\u010dte podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska v ur\u010denom term\u00edne, bude prihl\u00e1\u0161ka zru\u0161en\u00e1 bez \u010fal\u0161ieho upozornenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.) The entry fee is non-transferable, its sale to another participant (or purchase from another participant) is not accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.) Storno \u00fa\u010dasti: inform\u00e1ciu o stornovan\u00ed prihl\u00e1\u0161ky na podujatie V\u00fdchodniarska je treba ozn\u00e1mi\u0165 bezodkladne prostredn\u00edctvom e-mailu na adresu info@cassoviatrailrunners.sk (storno \u00fa\u010dasti ozn\u00e1men\u00e9 \u00fastnou formou resp. prostredn\u00edctvom telefonick\u00e9ho hovoru alebo prostredn\u00edctvom soci\u00e1lnej siete nie je akceptovan\u00e9). Pln\u00e9 \u0160tartovn\u00e9 bude vr\u00e1ten\u00e9 iba v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee inform\u00e1cia o stornovan\u00ed prihl\u00e1\u0161ky na podujatie V\u00fdchodniarska bola zaslan\u00e1 prostredn\u00edctvom e-mailu na adresu info@cassoviatrailrunners.sk pred 26. j\u00falom 2025 23.59 hod. (pre vr\u00e1tenie \u0161tartovn\u00e9ho je treba uvies\u0165 \u010d\u00edslo \u00fa\u010dtu). Po 26.7.2025 si \u00fa\u010dtujeme storno poplatok 50% z v\u00fd\u0161ky \u0161tartovn\u00e9ho a po 3.8.2025 je u\u017e storno poplatok 100% z v\u00fd\u0161ky \u0161tartovn\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.) Organiz\u00e1tori podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska si vyhradzuj\u00fa pr\u00e1vo neakceptovania (zamietnutia) registr\u00e1cie.
\u200b
8.) \u00da\u010das\u0165 na podujat\u00ed V\u00fdchodniarska je dobrovo\u013en\u00e1 a na vlastn\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo. Organiz\u00e1tori nezodpovedaj\u00fa za \u0161kody \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom vzniknut\u00e9 ani nimi sp\u00f4soben\u00e9.

9.) Organiz\u00e1tori podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska v\u0161etk\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom podujatia odpor\u00fa\u010daj\u00fa uzavrie\u0165 vhodn\u00fd druh poistenia na \u010das konania podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska.
\u200b
10.) Organiz\u00e1tori podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska v\u0161etk\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom podujatia d\u00f4razne odpor\u00fa\u010daj\u00fa absolvova\u0165 pred podujat\u00edm V\u00fdchodniarska individu\u00e1lnu lek\u00e1rsku prehliadku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11.) Celkov\u00fd limit po\u010dtu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov pre podujatie V\u00fdchodniarska je 200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.) Pred \u0161tartom v Kluknave je ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk povinn\u00fd prejs\u0165 prezent\u00e1ciou na stanovenom mieste, kde obdr\u017e\u00ed \u0161tartov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo a in\u0161trukcie. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk pri prezent\u00e1cii odovzd\u00e1 vyplnen\u00fd a podp\u00edsan\u00fd dokument Informovan\u00fd s\u00fahlas \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska  (odkaz na dokument bude doplnen\u00fd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandatory equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.) Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk podujatia V\u00fdchodniarska mus\u00ed ma\u0165 so sebou v\u0161etky polo\u017eky povinnej v\u00fdbavy po\u010das trvania podujatia (t.j. od \u0161tartu a\u017e do ukon\u010denia \u00fa\u010dasti v cieli alebo na inom mieste na trase podujatia). V pr\u00edpade zistenia ch\u00fdbaj\u00faceho povinnej v\u00fdbavy nebude \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi povolen\u00fd \u0161tart. V pr\u00edpade zistenia ch\u00fdbaj\u00facich polo\u017eiek povinnej v\u00fdbavy na trase (pozri bod 2. pre zoznam t\u00fdchto polo\u017eiek) bude \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk diskvalifikovan\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.) Mandatory equipment is as listed:
\u2013 1 pc isothermal foil<\/strong>
- A headlamp with a fully charged battery<\/strong>
A fully-charge and switched on mobile phone with the phone number was given in the registration form<\/strong>
– Mapa (mapy), na ktorej je zobrazen\u00e1 cel\u00e1 trasa V\u00fdchodniarskej, alebo GPS s nahran\u00fdm priebehom trasy<\/strong>
\u2013 High visibility vest, suspenders or straps<\/strong>
\u2013 Bottle(s) or a hydropack with a minimum capacity of 1 liter<\/strong>
\u2013 Cup or a bottle with a wide mouth (bidon) with a volume of at least 1.5 dl (bottles with a narrow mouth are not accepted)<\/strong>
\u2013 A proof of identity (government ID card or similar)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.) The check of mandatory equipment can be carried out before the start and during the event at any place along the route by the organizer or a volunteer authorized by him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course of the event<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.) Prezent\u00e1cia \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov sa kon\u00e1 vo \u0161tvrtok 7.8.2025 v Ko\u0161iciach od 16:00-20:00, v piatok 8. augusta 2025  v Kluknave priestoroch Ka\u0161tie\u013ea v Kluknave od 18.00 do 23.00 hod.<\/strong>   V sobotu 9. augusta 2025 u\u017e nebude prezent\u00e1cia mo\u017en\u00e1.

2.) Transport of personal items from the start point to the finish is possible. Hand-in your bags labeled with your bib number and name at least 20 minutes before the start of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.) \u0160tart V\u00fdchodniarskej je spolo\u010dn\u00fd (pokia\u013e organiz\u00e1tori podujatia neozn\u00e1mia inak) spred Ka\u0161tie\u013ea v Kluknave v sobotu 9. augusta 2025 o 09.00 hod.

4.) \u010casov\u00fd limit pre dokon\u010denie trasy (pr\u00edchod do cie\u013ea v Kysaku) je 22 hod\u00edn od \u0161tartu, t.j. do 10. augusta 2025 do 07.00 hod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.) Trasa V\u00fdchodniarskej je presne vymedzen\u00e1, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk podujatia je povinn\u00fd t\u00fato trasu dodr\u017eiava\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.) Carrying the runner's equipment by another person is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.) Personal help (assistance) to the participant (e.g. from family members, friends...) is tolerated only at aid stations.
\u200b
8.) V z\u00e1ujme zabezpe\u010denia rovnak\u00fdch podmienok pre absolvovanie pretekov V\u00fdchodniarska pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov na t\u00fdchto pretekoch s 85 km  dlhou trasou pacers are not allowed.<\/strong> The exception to this rule are the pacers for the blind participants (with the permission of the organizer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.) In order to protect the health of the participants, in the event of medical complications that could endanger the safety, health or life of the participant, the attending medical professionals have the right to decide to terminate his participation in the race (or to interrupt it for the necessary time). In such a case, the participant is obliged to submit to this decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.) In case of early termination (DNF) of participation in the event outside the aid station, the participant is obliged to inform the event organizer by phone or via SMS message (in case of unavailable signal at the location, the participant must do so at the first possible opportunity). The contact number of the event organizer will be listed in the control card (itineraries).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11.) The participant is obliged to provide assistance to another participant in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.) In case of discovering circumstances that would threaten the life or health of the participants on the event route, the participant is obliged to immediately notify the event organizers of this fact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13.) The organizers of the event reserve the right to change the route, the time limits of the checkpoints and the program of the event or to cancel the event completely (primarily due to the safety of the participants).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aid stations, route compliance control, penalty, disqualification, protest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.) On the route of the event there will be checkpoints (\"aid stations\" staffed by the event organizers or volunteers authorized by them) at places about which the participants are informed via this website and via the control card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.) Each participant's arrival time will be recorded at each aid station. Time will be recorded in each aid station using an electronic timer (volunteer will record it using the app). Therefore, the participant have to accesses the aid station immediately upon arrival to the aid station i.e. not when leaving it or after refreshments. The organizers or volunteers authorized by them have the right to check the mandatory equipment of the participant here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.) Okrem hlavn\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho limitu pre dokon\u010denie celej trasy (21 hod\u00edn) s\u00fa na trase ur\u010den\u00e9 \u010diastkov\u00e9 limity na ur\u010den\u00fdch kontroln\u00fdch stanovi\u0161tiach (pozri sekciu Inform\u00e1cie). V pr\u00edpade nedodr\u017eania \u010dasov\u00e9ho limitu na jednom z t\u00fdchto stanov\u00ed\u0161\u0165 \u00fa\u010das\u0165 na podujat\u00ed kon\u010d\u00ed, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee pokra\u010dova\u0165 na trase mimo podujatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.) \u00da\u010dastn\u00edk, ktor\u00fd prejde v\u0161etk\u00fdmi kontroln\u00fdmi stanovi\u0161\u0165ami s dodr\u017ean\u00edm ich \u010dasov\u00fdch limitov a doraz\u00ed do cie\u013ea v ur\u010denom celkovom \u010dasovom limite, obdr\u017e\u00ed v cieli diplom ako potvrdenie o \u00faspe\u0161nom absolvovan\u00ed V\u00fdchodniarskej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.) Pri ch\u00fdbaj\u00facom z\u00e1pise z kontroln\u00e9ho stanovi\u0161\u0165a (stanov\u00ed\u0161\u0165)  rozhoduj\u00fa o penaliz\u00e1cii\/diskvalifik\u00e1cii organiz\u00e1tori podujatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.) \u00damyseln\u00e9 poru\u0161ovanie trasy (tzv. skratkovanie), pou\u017eitie dopravn\u00e9ho prostriedku a ak\u00e9ko\u013evek in\u00e9 sp\u00f4soby podv\u00e1dzania maj\u00fa za n\u00e1sledok diskvalifik\u00e1ciu (DSQ) a z\u00e1rove\u0148 aj di\u0161tanc zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edkov V\u00fdchodniarskej .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.) The use of an accompanying runner or runners (so-called \"pacer\") is not allowed and results in disqualification of the participant. The exception to this rule are pacers for the blind participants (with the permission of the organizer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.) Refusal to help to another event participant in case of emergency, physical or verbal insult or threat to organizers and volunteers, refusal to check mandatory equipment results in disqualification of the participant (DSQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.) Not carrying any of the mandatory equipment is grounds for disqualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.) Missing a cup or bottle with a wide mouth, ID card, map or high-visibility gear will be penalized by adding 1 hour to the finisher's time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11.) Participants may not throw away garbage (littering) outside checkpoints manned by the organizers or public waste receptacles or containers. Throwing garbage outside checkpoints occupied by the organizers or public waste receptacles or containers is penalized by adding 1 hour to the total time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.) Penalty or disqualification will be applied in the place where a violation of the rules by the participant was found, or at the next checkpoint, if the participant who violated the rules left the checkpoint before the penalty or disqualification was applied. Penalization or disqualification will be done by the event organizer or a volunteer authorized by him at the checkpoint after telephone consultation with the event organizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13.) Protest proti mo\u017en\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom v organiz\u00e1cii alebo priebehu podujatia je mo\u017en\u00e9 poda\u0165 v cieli najnesk\u00f4r do 1 hodiny po skon\u010den\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho limitu podujatia (t.j. do 10. augusta 2025 08.00 hod.) Protest pod\u00e1va \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk osobne u organiz\u00e1tora podujatia. Podmienkou podania protestu je uhradenie kaucie 20 \u20ac. V pr\u00edpade uznania protestu organiz\u00e1torom podujatia bude kaucia 20 EUR vr\u00e1ten\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi, v pr\u00edpade neuznania protestu kaucia prepad\u00e1 v prospech organiz\u00e1tora podujatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Environmental protection<\/strong>
1.) \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci podujatia sa musia spr\u00e1va\u0165 oh\u013eaduplne k pr\u00edrode, nesm\u00fa zbyto\u010dne vybo\u010dova\u0165 zo zna\u010den\u00fdch turistick\u00fdch chodn\u00edkov a ciest, ktor\u00fdmi prebieha trasa V\u00fdchodniarskej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.) Participants may not throw away garbage outside the checkpoints manned by the organizers or public waste receptacles or containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consent to the processing of personal data<\/strong>
\u00da\u010dastn\u00edk svojou registr\u00e1ciou d\u00e1va s\u00fahlas v zmysle Z\u00e1kona \u010d. 18\/2018 Z.z. o ochrane osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov so spr\u00e1vou, spracovan\u00edm a uchovan\u00edm osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov po\u017eadovan\u00fdch v registra\u010dnom formul\u00e1ri ob\u010dianskym zdru\u017een\u00edm Cassovia Trail Runners, so s\u00eddlom v Ko\u0161iciach, Ovru\u010dsk\u00e1 9, 040 22 Ko\u0161ice, I\u010cO 54385768 za \u00fa\u010delom registr\u00e1cie na podujatie V\u00fdchodniarska.
